This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. What You Will Be Doing
- Strategically manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring optimal time allocation and comprehensive meeting preparation with clear, actionable agendas
- Execute critical HR functions including headcount planning, budget management, and implementing streamlined onboarding processes for new talent
- Identify operational inefficiencies across departments and implement systematic improvements to enhance productivity and delivery timelines
- Performing passive administrative tasks without actively seeking optimization opportunities
- Serving as a traditional executive assistant focused primarily on calendar management and travel arrangements
- Operating in isolation without visibility into strategic company initiatives
- Maintaining status quo processes when innovation opportunities exist

Basic Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or equivalent strategic support role
- Demonstrated proficiency with GenAI tools including ChatGPT or Perplexity, with evidence of applying these technologies to improve business processes
- Exceptional organizational capabilities with a proven track record of managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
