Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

We are hiring an Executive Assistant to the CEO who operates as a true execution partner, not a traditional administrator.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role supporting a founder in a fast-moving, delivery-driven environment. It is best suited to someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys responsibility, and takes pride in making complex things run smoothly.
What this role is really aboutYour role is to protect the CEO’s time, focus, and execution capacity.
This includes:
- Owning a complex, high-stakes calendar
- Ensuring follow-through on decisions and priorities
- Managing logistics for live training and teambuilding programs
- Acting as a trusted filter for communication and information
This is not a 9–6 admin role.
Overtime is frequently required during busy periods, events, and travel.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Manage a dynamic, multi-time-zone calendar for the CEO
- Handle confidential communication with discretion and judgment
- Prepare the CEO for meetings with context, priorities, and actions
Operations & Delivery Support
- Track CEO priorities and key initiatives using a project management tool (e.g. Asana)
- Ensure actions and follow-ups are owned and closed
- Draft professional, client-facing communication on behalf of the CEO
Training & Event Logistics
- Own end-to-end logistics for corporate training and teambuilding programs
- Coordinate venues, suppliers, facilitators, and materials
- Anticipate issues and resolve them before they escalate
- Have experience supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced environment
- Are calm, organised, and decisive under pressure
- Take ownership naturally and don’t wait to be told what to do
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Are comfortable working beyond standard hours when required
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
- Experience managing complex calendars and logistics
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable using digital tools (calendar, documents, task management systems)
- Based in the UAE and able to work from our office in Barsha Heights
