Executive Assistant to EEMEA Leader

What You Will Do:

• Provide daily confidential support to Vice President.
• Manage Diary, e-mails flagging with urgent action and bookings of Vice President as well as travel arrangements.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to collect the input for the newsletter and define the content.
• Manage other e-mail channels like Marketo for communication campaigns.
• Support the VP& GM in setting up the town hall, either live or virtually and drive the communication.
• Attend and minute important meetings, type up plans and communicate with direct reports and prepare advanced PowerPoint presentations, coordinate key events.
• Updating budget lists and management of compliance paperwork, filing and documenting.
• Complete monthly expense report for Vice President, also ensuring that financial procedures are followed in relation to purchase orders, etc.
  
  

What You Need

• Educational degree in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
• Touch typing and audio typing to 80 words per minute
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Time Management skills
• Ability to work independently
