Executive Assistant to Head of Sales (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

As an executive assistant, you will have the back of our Head of Sales. It is essential that you live in the United Arab Emirates and work in our Dubai office.

• Responsibility for the Outlook calendar and planning of business trips
• Booking of flights and hotels, etc. including preparation of travel expense reports
• Planning, preparation and execution of meetings worldwide
• Creation of MOM (minutes of meeting) based on dictations and follow-up of business trips
• Own independent project management
• Creation of PowerPoint presentations / Excel calculations
• Creation and analysis of financial and sales figures with the support of Controlling
  
  

Your Skills

With this knowledge you will strengthen our team.

• Relevant professional experience in assisting on C-level management
• Based in Dubai
• Willingness to travel
• Good knowledge of MS-Office, Salesforce and ERP software
• Strong hands-on mentality, proactivity, solution and result orientation
• People skills and good communication skills
• Business fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of German is an advantage. Any additional language skills are welcome
