As an integral part of the team, you will work closely with the General Manager (GM) to ensure smooth operations and strategic success. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Executive Support & Engagement:
- Support strategic initiatives, projects, and long-term planning by managing key projects, tracking deliverables, and preparing decision-making materials.
- Liaise between the GM and internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely, aligned communication.
- Organize and support high-level meetings, board sessions, workshops, and events, ensuring smooth execution and strategic visibility.
- Draft executive correspondence, manage internal updates, and maintain organizational charts.
- Support confidential matters and crisis communications, ensuring continuity and discretion.
Operational Excellence:
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations; maintain organized, secure documentation systems.
- Efficiently manage the GM’s calendar, travel, and priorities, proactively aligning with business needs.
- Coordinate office logistics, supplies, and cross-functional administrative support.
- Plan and manage domestic/international travel and expense processes in line with policy and business priorities.
- Ensuring IT setup, access rights, and compliance with information security protocols.
- Maintain intranet and audit-related records such as risk assessments.

- You are a confident communicator, highly organized, and tech-savvy, always ready to take on new challenges.
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Studies, Project Management, or a related field.
- With 5–10 years of hands-on experience supporting senior executives, you have thrived in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- You are skilled in navigating executive-level meetings, leading communications, and streamlining business operations.
- You have expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), Teams, and a variety of digital tools, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively.
- You are fluent in English (German and Arabic are a plus).
- Your excellent time management, ability to prioritize, and strong problem-solving skills keep you always one step ahead.
- You uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
- You are a team player with a collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
