Job Description
Objective:
The Executive – HR Tech & Digital is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of HR systems, including employee data management, transactional support, and troubleshooting system-related issues. This role ensures accurate processing and system maintenance for employee lifecycle activities.

The Executive – HR Tech & Digital is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of HR systems, including employee data management, transactional support, and troubleshooting system-related issues. This role ensures accurate processing and system maintenance for employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibility:
HRMS Operations & Data Management
- Accurately input, update, and maintain employee records in the HRMS, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Perform routine system audits and data checks to ensure accuracy and alignment with business processes.
- Validate employee data and HR transactions against internal policies before processing or escalating.
- Create and manage departments, roles, assignment categories, and job structures in the HRMS system as per approved organizational design.
- Assign appropriate system access and permissions based on user role, function, and security protocols.
- Ensure alignment of system changes with business requirements and process standards.
- Coordinate and support change requests, ensuring alignment with business needs and existing policies.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functionality, identify bugs, and ensure system compatibility during new feature rollouts or upgrades.
- Assist in testing new modules or configurations and provide feedback to IT and HR stakeholders.
- Generate ad-hoc and scheduled reports related to headcount, employee lifecycle, org structure, etc., using Excel or embedded HRMS tools.
- Create and maintain dashboards and analytics to support HR initiatives and business reporting.
- Maintain logs of changes, reports generated, access requests, and audit-related documentation.
- Respond to basic system queries from internal users and provide first-level troubleshooting or resolution.
- Escalate system issues or enhancement requests to the IT or HRMS support teams with proper documentation.
- Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for employees and stakeholders on system usage and updates.
- Provide required data extracts and documentation support for internal and external audits.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee records and ensure compliance with data protection policies and guidelines.
- Monitor user access logs and support IT in ensuring HR system security and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR systems support or HR operations.
- Basic knowledge of HRMS tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday).
- Detail-oriented with good data entry and Excel skills.
- Strong sense of discretion and data privacy.
- Ability to follow processes and meet timelines.
