About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Executive (National Talent) to join the F&B Administration team in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage department to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Assist with internal communication, team coordination, and professional interactions with guests and external partners.
• Coordinate and support site visits, ensuring proper setup and communication with relevant teams.
• Prepare and assist in reviewing event proposals, maintain and update departmental records and schedules with accurate information.
• Coordinate office supplies, equipment servicing, and support needs for F&B outlets.
• Track inventory, process purchase requests, and follow up on orders with suppliers and stores

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• UAE National with a Family Book as per government requirements.
• 2 years in a similar role at a 5-star hotel; guest-facing department experience is an advantage.
• Diploma in Hotel Operations or Hotel Management.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
