Supporting Operations Executive role
Main Tasks
- Create booking orders and vouching delivered campaigns
- Create new Client/Brand/Vendors via system
- Collate vendor/client documents
- Comfortable working with numbers and operational systems
- Book client campaigns accurately in the system
- Process vendor and client invoices
- Manage billing and reconciliation activities
Education and Experience Required
- College Graduate
- Any general experience in finance /operations is a plus
- Any experience in a media agency is a plus
