Key Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in sourcing and procuring marble, stone, and related materials for residential construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of various types of marble and stone, including their properties, applications, and suitability for different building requirements.
• Strong experience in liaising with quarries and suppliers to establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Ability to evaluate material quality and ensure compliance with project specifications, budget, and timelines.
• Skilled in negotiating prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers and vendors.
• Solid understanding of market trends, pricing fluctuations, and sourcing best practices for construction materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing procurement processes from start to finish.
