About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive to join The Sales team in Jclub. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Acknowledge members and guests (by name if possible) throughout the club and assist them as required, ensuring they feel comfortable and welcome at all times.
• Have a good knowledge of all other services offered by the Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
• Be familiar with the name and status of all Executives and Heads of Departments.
• Ensure that all administrative duties are performed to a high standard through the Membership Department
• Follow all financial procedures, in relation to membership sales.
• Monitor on a regular basis, activities and developments in other clubs in the local area.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Experience of working within a 5 Star Luxury environment and Fitness Chain.
• Minimum 1-3 year in Membership Sales.
• High level of written and verbal business English.
• Organised and able to prioritise and work to deadlines.
• Competent in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
