How You’ll Make An Impact
- Manage general administrative tasks and office support.
- Support various case-by-case projects, such as updating customer instructions.
- Update sales documentation and branding materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, finance, and legal) for proposal preparation, delivery, and project execution as needed.
- Maintain contact with various suppliers and service vendors.
- Promote Hitachi Energy HSE and Sustainability culture and vision to clients to gain commitment.
- You will be ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions while caring for colleagues and the business.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in secretarial or administrative work.
- In-depth knowledge of office administration.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and strong customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently with a strategic and result-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
