Job Description

• Rotate through key departments within the Parks and Zones divisions, gaining hands-on experience in operations, compliance, and service delivery.
• Gain exposure to Free Zone operations, including processing applications, regulatory compliance, and managing permits.
• Support in daily operational activities within the Free Zones, including monitoring and maintaining records.
• Participate in ongoing projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations within the different zones.
• Assist with the monitoring of operational processes in various departments, from facilities management to regulatory affairs, learning the interdependencies between different functions.
• Engage with different departments to identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions focused on Free Zones operations, regulatory processes, and customer service excellence.
• Execute section’s services transactions for companies in a timely manner and to the highest standards to ensure effective completion of services.
• Process/verify routine documentation, according to defined procedures, in order to check for completeness and/or errors.
