Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our International Health Talent Acquisition Team, reporting into the IH Head of Talent. This role will support the International Health (IH) Senior Leadership Team and other IH leaders with all Senior Level (Band 5+) hiring. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top executive talent to drive our company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Market Mapping: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential candidates and talent pools. Analyse industry trends and competitor activities to inform talent acquisition strategies.
Headhunting: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage high-calibre executive candidates. Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and decision-makers in the market.
Pipelining and succession planning: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified executive talent for current and future hiring needs. Proactively identify and engage passive candidates.
Talent Management Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Management to understand critical skill gaps and organizational needs. Develop strategies to address these gaps through targeted talent acquisition efforts.
International Health Scope: Oversee and manage the talent acquisition process for International Health for Senior Level Hiring. Ensure alignment with business objectives and company values.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in executive-level recruiting, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Experience of managing the TA process across various regions, preferably across Europe, MEA or APAC markets.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top executive talent.
Strong understanding of market mapping, headhunting, and pipelining techniques.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage multiple stakeholders.
