Looking for a visionary, passionate female. As a Visual Storyteller, you'll be the architect of visual experiences, directing and capturing captivating photography and videography that transcends the ordinary. You'll bring a unique perspective to every project, transforming briefs into cinematic narratives and striking visual campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Visual Direction & Storytelling:

Conceptualize and direct photo and video shoots, developing unique and engaging visual narratives.

Craft compelling storyboards and scripts that capture the essence of our clients' brands.

Think beyond the frame, exploring innovative techniques and unconventional approaches.

Direct talent and models to achieve desired performances and visual outcomes.

Photography & Videography Mastery:

Capture high-quality photographs and videos, demonstrating a mastery of composition, lighting, and color.

Utilize advanced techniques to create visually stunning content that stands out.

Operate and maintain professional-grade photography and videography equipment.

Post-Production & Editing Excellence:

Edit footage with a keen eye for detail, creating polished and impactful videos.

Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design to enhance storytelling.

Ensure consistent brand aesthetic across all visual content.

Creative Collaboration & Client Engagement:

Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts.

Present creative ideas to clients and articulate your vision with passion.

Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.

Trendspotting & Innovation:

Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring new technologies and creative techniques.

Experiment with unconventional approaches and push the boundaries of visual storytelling.

Proactively bring new ideas to the table.

NOTE: Agency experience preferred & candidates available immediately.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Photographer/Videographer with a strong emphasis on directorial experience.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing your creative vision and storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in professional photography and videography equipment and software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Strong understanding of cinematic language, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically and to work independently and collaboratively.
• A passion for visual storytelling and a desire to push creative boundaries.
• Ability to manage a team on set.
• Valid driver's licence and ability to travel as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in film, photography, visual arts, or a related field.
• Experience in directing short films, commercials, or music videos.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and sound design.
