Facilities Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of our clients facilities. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of facility management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure optimal functioning of all facilities.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards, and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Manage facility budgets and expenditures, including forecasting and cost control measures.
• Oversee facility security measures, including access control systems, surveillance cameras, and security personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and facility usage.
• Collaborate with other departments to support their facility-related needs and initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in facility management, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing facility operations and safety.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• years of experience in facility management or a similar role.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM) is a plus.
