Job Summary:

The Facilities Supervisor i s in-charge of smooth operations and maintenance of Halcon premises, equipment and other facilities to ensure the optimal performance, safety and reliability of all facility systems. The job incumbent is responsible for supervising the maintenance and repair activities, inspecting work for safety, quality, ensuring the availability of materials at the best price, establishing a clean and safe work environment, reducing costs, minimizing operational downtime, and improving overall efficiency, productivity and safety of the facilities, supporting continuous improvement in facility management operations. The role also required to assist Facilities Manager in preparing Annual Maintenance Plan & Annual Budget .

Key Accountabilities:

  • ­­­­­ Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and repair activities of buildings, equipment, and systems, utilizing in-house teams or outsourced resources as needed.
  • Monitor and manage facility service requests by identifying required personnel, equipment, and materials; planning work schedules; and ensuring timely completion in accordance with established quality standards.
  • Supervise facilities staff responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, CCTV, Access control, Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting and safety systems to ensure safety, quality and productivity.
  • Ensure all repair and maintenance work complies with building codes and the requirements of relevant regulatory authorities
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and activities of outsourced service providers to ensure compliance with contract terms, adherence to timelines, maintenance standards, safety and quality standards.
  • Ensure Annual Maintenance Plans executed in time, including timely opening and closing of Work orders in SAP.
  • Assist the Senior Facilities Officer in preparing daily, monthly, and annual facilities maintenance reports

  • Prepare scope of work for maintenance job requirements adhering all relevant, safety & quality standards
  • Do technical evaluations for quotations of consumables, spare parts, etc., from suppliers by reviewing specifications, verifying compliance with requirements, and comparing technical offers to ensure suitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the HSE team to coordinate relevant safety training for staff and ensure effective implementation and compliance with safety policies and protocols.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations at the worksite to maintain safe working conditions and minimize risks, incidents, and accidents.
  • Maintain a clean and safe premise, respond promptly to emergencies, and efficiently repair any damages following an incident
  • Assist the Facilities Manager in preparing Annual Maintenance Plan.
  • Assist the Facilities Manager in preparing and administering the department budget..
  • Propose continuous improvements in service quality, cost efficiency, procedures, and processes.

Experience & Education Qualifications:

Expertise:

Minimum: 8 years of proven experience in operations, maintenance, similar functions & SAP (P2P)

Preferred:

    • 10+ years proven experience in operations, maintenance
    • similar functions and SAP (P2P) in a manufacturing or a defence industry
Minimum Qualification :

Minimum: Three-year Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Industrial Engineering

Preferred : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering and CFM Certification.
