Duties:

  • to handle the administration for the F&B department with follow up
  • to handle outlets reservation management
  • to compile and file the daily reports for F&B
  • to assist the F&B Director and Executive Chef with monitoring the Roster and Payroll and related admiration reports
  • to handle the calendar management
  • to assist the F&B operations when required

Qualifications

  • Good experience in administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (World/Excell/Powerpoint)
