- to compile and file the daily reports for F&B
- to assist the F&B Director and Executive Chef with monitoring the Roster and Payroll and related admiration reports
- to handle the calendar management
- to assist the F&B operations when required
- Good experience in administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (World/Excell/Powerpoint)
