We are seeking exceptional Hostess candidates to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team at One & Only One Za'abeel. You will play a vital role in delivering an unparalleled dining experience to our diverse and international clientele. We are looking for candidates who possess outstanding language skills, a strong background in bartending, and preferably, experience in leading restaurants with Michelin-star or world's best rankings.
About The Role
Greet and seat guests according to the restaurant’s service standards. Consistently offer professional, warm and engaging service to ensure an excellent customer experience. To build relationships with repeat guests to develop and drive guest loyalty, while maximizing the revenue accordingly as well as provide thorough knowledge of the resort and all facilities and offerings.
About You
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant . Proficiency in at least two languages is required, with additional languages being a strong asset. Previous experience working in Michelin-starred or world-renowned restaurants is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Impeccable attention to detail and presentation. A passion for hospitality and a desire to continuously improve and innovate.
