FF&E Purchaser - Interior Fit Out (Job Ref# 32825-1257)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented FF&E Purchase & Procurement Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sourcing and procuring high-end furniture, fixtures, and equipment for luxury villa projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain FF&E mood boards and presentation materials.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all FF&E items for procurement and installation.
• Source and procure high-quality FF&E items from local and international vendors within project budgets and timelines.
• Assist senior designers in client meetings and presentations.
• Research and recommend furniture, fixtures, and materials that align with the project’s aesthetic and functional needs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, (Mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in FF&E design and procurement, specifically for luxury residential projects.
• In-depth knowledge of FF&E specifications, materials, and local suppliers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a creative and problem-solving mindset.
• A proactive team player who can work independently.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients on luxury villa projects.
• Familiarity with sustainable materials and practices is a plus.
