Short description: We’re seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide installation, calibration, and training for our CMMs, Arm and Tracker systems. The role involves offering technical support (both hardware and software) and troubleshooting on-site for customer machines. You’ll also deliver training to ensure customers can effectively operate and maintain their equipment. This is a field role, with up to 50% of autonomous traveling in the Middle East and Noth African region.

Job Responsibilities

• Commission CMM systems (installation, calibration, and training)
• Perform installation and training for our Arm and Tracker systems, covering various software applications
• Conduct hardware and software demonstrations
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer machines (onsite)
• Assist with aftermarket activities, including calibration tool shipments, hardware maintenance, spare parts replacement, and warranty related tasks
  
  

Qualifications

• +1 year in a service, technician, quality engineering, or mechanical design role
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) to communicate with Arabic-speaking countries, including Saudi Arabia
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM or SolidWorks (preferred)
• Ability to work independently, maintain a customer-focused approach, and adapt to diverse cultural environments.
• Ability to lift material up to 60kg
• Ability to travel up to 50% nationally and internationally
