Your tasks

• Key responsibilities, but not limited to 1. Work with senior service engineer and other service team members at customer site to
• perform equipment and system maintenance as per maintenance procedures,
• examine equipment and system faults,
• repair onsite and/or unmount for repair/mount after repair,
• perform equipment and system measurements and tests.
• administer and support both physical and virtual servers, as well as network components including routers, switches, and firewalls
• create service reports following maintenance or repair activities 2 Support project engineer and other project team members at customer site to
• assess, survey and prepare sites for installation,
• install, equip, connect and commission equipment and system components,
• lay/install, test and assess cables and setting connectors on cables (cables being electrical, RF/coax, optical fiber, signaling/Ethernet),
• mount, unmount, check and test of antennas and equipment at heights (e.g. antenna towers, masts, buildings),
• prepare, install, verify and document of labels/labeling in systems,
• perform equipment and system measurements and tests for customer acceptance,
• do system configuration and perform system performance test according to configuration and test documentation,
• attend and contribute at internal and customer project meetings (technical and administrative); 3. Support system engineer and other engineering and sales team members to
• assess, survey and prepare sites for installation incl. compiling of site survey reports;
• develop system configuration and system performance tests according to customer requirements,
• compile, review and verify system design, configuration and test documents,
• prepare and conduct customer demo setups,
• prepare, test and maintain customer presentation and reference systems,
• attend and contribute at customer sales presentations and online meetings (technical); 4. Attend in Lab/ Warehouse repair/maintenance support for defective equipment.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• college degree or similar (incl. under-study/under-grad), graduation in Electronics/Communications/IT/Mechanics;
• related experience (especially in communication and IT systems), during studies is a plus but not mandatory;
• experience or graduation in LLM systems and/or web programming (e.g. C++, Python) is a plus;
• basic understanding of radio frequency (RF) fundamentals, particularly in HF, VHF, and UHF bands
• familiarity with Windows Server operations, virtual machine setup/management, and core networking concepts
• excellent spoken and written English and Arabic; other languages (e.g. French, Urdu) is a plus;
• excellence in teamwork and adaptation to multiple work environments;
• willingness to work alone and self organized;
• open to learn new technologies, adapt to change and self development;
• willingness to travel in country, in region and abroad when required;
• UAE Driver License is a plus.
