Role purpose

The ideal candidate will support our finance department in managing day-to-day financial tasks, with a focus on VAT processing.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist in processing VAT transactions and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update accounting records as needed.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain financial databases.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting purposes.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Finance Admin or similar role, with a focus on VAT processing.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and experience in VAT reconciliation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
