Finance Analyst - Real Estate

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Finance Analyst to join a forward-thinking semi-government developer based in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will play a key part in driving finance business excellence initiatives and strategic financial projects, helping to optimize processes, enhance systems, and boost performance across the organization. Leverage AI-powered financial analytics and automation tools to transform finance operations, delivering measurable value to support MRE development operations. Roles and Responsibilities: • Assist finance excellence programs including financial process improvement initiatives, system optimization projects, and finance performance enhancement activities, ensuring alignment with finance objectives and delivering measurable improvements across finance functions • AI-Enhanced Financial Process Analysis: Implement AI-powered process mining tools and analytics to assess current state financial processes, identify inefficiencies in accounting workflows, and recommend optimization opportunities using data-driven insights • Assist Automating Finance Reporting Enhancement: Utilize AI-enhanced reporting platforms to improve financial reporting accuracy, reduce manual processing time, and implement automated variance analysis and exception reporting for management review • Finance System Integration Projects: Help managing financial system integration and optimization projects including ERP enhancements, chart of accounts restructuring, and financial workflow automation using AI-powered project management tools • Assist financial Performance Monitoring: Implement AI-assisted financial KPI monitoring systems, develop automated dashboards for finance metrics, and provide regular performance analysis to support finance management decision-making • Process Improvement Implementation: help identify finance process improvement initiatives • Financial Data Analytics Support: Support financial data analysis using machine learning tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement in real estate operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; minimum • 2-4 years of finance process improvement, financial analysis • Communication & Collaboration: Effective communication skills with ability to work with finance teams • Process Improvement Understanding • Technology Adoption: Strong aptitude for learning new financial technologies, supporting system implementations, and helping teams adapt to automated finance tools and processes • Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical problem-solving abilities with capacity to investigate finance process issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions
