Finance Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist in payroll processing and tax filings.
• Support financial audits and compliance checks.
• Handle vendor and supplier accounts, ensuring timely payments.
• Collaborate with different departments to streamline financial operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
