ITP Media Group, the region’s leading media company, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. This role offers the opportunity to support a fast-paced, multi-market finance operation and gain hands-on experience across UAE, KSA, and India.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing and filing VAT returns.
- Support the preparation of tax filings, including VAT and other relevant tax returns across UAE, KSA, and India.
- Maintain accurate records of all tax payments and filings.
- Prepare supporting documentation for tax audits and inquiries.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and third-party stakeholders as needed.
- Respond to queries from tax authorities under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for tax or financial audits.
- Provide support to other finance team members as required.
- Help reconcile discrepancies and investigate issues in financial transactions.
- Support additional finance and tax-related duties as assigned by management.
- Assist with India payables accounting and GST reconciliations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the UAE or GCC.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with tax filings and regional reporting requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams and with external partners.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
