Essential business activities expected from this position:

• Prepare, coordinate and deliver monthly closing, forecasting and budgeting exercises in compliance with Zone timeline and deliverables:

• Organize and coordinate the budget and forecasts processes (region calendar, guidelines…)
• Coordinate the monthly closing & reporting process with local and corporate teams
• Ensure quality and timeliness of reporting processes as per Group planning and deliverables: data accuracy, financial analysis per brand and markets and country performance reviews.
• Guarantee the right allocation of expenses by nature, brand and department
• Prepare and share Financial KPIs and reports with Middle East Finance Manager & P&Ls, A&P and cost follow-up, gap analysis, key facts, Risks & opportunities.
• Coordinate weekly and monthly sales forecast
• Analyze, comments and challenge monthly Freight and Supply Chain costs

• Act as a co-pilot of the commercial and marketing team in execution of operations and value creation:

• Organize a periodic performance review with commercial and marketing team
• Enhance marketing and commercial investment control and processes
• Participate actively to the regional budget execution and make suggestions to improve the performance
• Measure & improve marketing investment ROI
• Provide ad-hoc finance/controlling insights: profitability by country, by brand, by channel
• Perform productivity per door analysis

• internal control in liaison with Internal controlling team:

• Follow the internal audit recommendations and their implementation
• Alert the Management about any deviation and non-compliant transaction
• Ensure business controls are in place to safeguard business activities and that procedures and processes are documented and conform to Group standards and rules.

Preferred Skills and experience

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Controlling or Accounting
• CPA or ACCA certification is an advantage
• 3/4 years of experience in Finance, ideally with Finance operational experience and high commercial and distributions stakes.
• Communication skills and assertiveness/ agility and business acumen
• Exposure to multi-cultural environment
