Job Brief:

A well-established company in Dubai is seeking a skilled Finance Executive with 8–10 years of regional experience. The ideal candidate will independently manage accounting, auditing, banking operations, and tax compliance for both Freezone and Mainland entities. This role requires a high level of financial expertise, attention to detail, and familiarity with international transactions and region's regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Independently manage all accounting and auditing activities for Freezone and Mainland companies.
• Prepare and analyze regular MIS (Management Information System) reports.
• Handle local and international banking operations, including multi-currency fund transfers, trade finance, and treasury functions.
• Ensure compliance with the VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Conduct daily banking operations such as fund transfers, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
• Oversee cross-border transactions including SWIFT payments, wire transfers, Letters of Credit (LC), and bank guarantees.
• Maintain and develop strong working relationships with domestic and international financial institutions.
• Monitor and manage foreign currency exposure and assist in implementing forex and hedging strategies.
• Coordinate with the government entities on financial and regulatory matters.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in the region in a similar finance role.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong knowledge of region's financial regulations and business practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Capable of working independently and under pressure.
