This role is responsible to manage and maintain the company’s Account Receivable and Procurement process. Our ideal candidate demonstrates interest in managing accounting activities and provide an excellent level of administrative support to our clients. The Finance Executive should also have excellent organizational skills, be able to handle time-sensitive tasks and be responsible to support the smooth and efficient running of the Finance Department.

Job Description

Overview
Reporting to the Finance Director, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Client Relations
- Generate Invoices and Account Statements
- Maintain and update Accounts Receivable
- Follow up on Client payments
- Investigate & resolve any irregularities
- Insure Procurement Process is followed as standard
- Assist with Accounts Payable
- Assist in Month End Closing Process
- Reconcile Sales Tool
- Perform Accounts Reconciliations
- Generate weekly reports
- Assist Office Manager with staff visas and insurance policies
- Manage Corporate Banking, cash transaction & cheque collections
- Other Adhoc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- 1-2 years’ work experience
- Knowledge of financial and accounting procedure
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to maintain confidential data
- Bring a positive attitude to work with problem solving attitude
