As a Finance Manager, you will be a vital part of our finance team, responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing financial data, and contributing to the achievement of the financial goals. Your expertise in financial management will play a pivotal role in ensuring the fiscal health and success of the hotel.

- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
- Implement effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Manage cash flow, optimizing the availability of funds for operational needs.
- Coordinate cash management activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Assist in internal and external audits, addressing audit findings as needed.
- Implement cost-control measures while maintaining quality and service standards.
- Analyze expenditure data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and contract management.
- Stay current with financial technology trends and recommend system improvements.
- Ensure the efficient use of financial software and tools.
- Work closely with colleagues in various departments to provide financial guidance and support.
- Foster effective communication and cooperation among team members.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner, prioritizing guests' and colleagues' health and safety, as well as environmental conservation.
- Adhere to hotel environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
