About The Role
We're looking for a result-driven Finance manager, who will ensure the accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of financial reporting; sustainable cash flow management; budget execution monitoring (plan vs. actual); and effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational stability and the company’s financial sustainability.

About The Role
We're looking for a result-driven Finance manager, who will ensure the accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of financial reporting; sustainable cash flow management; budget execution monitoring (plan vs. actual); and effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational stability and the company’s financial sustainability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Management Reporting. Preparation of P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet; participation in month-end closing
- Cash Flow. Cash flow forecasting, execution control, work with accounts receivable/payable
- Taxes. Monitoring of tax deadlines, analysis and optimization
- Budget & Variance. Together with FBP: variance analysis, budget control
- Bank Relations. Account opening, negotiations, terms alignment, transaction monitoring
- Accounting Control. Audit of accounting processes, coordination with accountant, quality improvement
- Experience (4+ years) in management accounting, preparation of Cash Flow and P&L statements, and working with banks
- Deep understanding of tax accounting principles and optimization
- Experience and knowledge of UAE legislation
- Ability to analyze financial data and draw conclusions
- Experience in working with accounting departments and external auditors
- Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, knowledge of 1C/ERP systems
- Structured approach, attention to detail, and initiative
