- Analyse financial performance and provide strategic insights to senior management
- Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, audit standards, and financial regulations
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
- Drive process improvements and implement financial controls
- Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports for performance tracking
- Support fundraising, investment analysis, and M&A activities if applicable
- Contribute to business strategy and long-term planning
