Finance Manager | 财务经理

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager with mandatory crypto experience to support and scale our group.

This role sits at the core of the business and requires direct exposure to crypto operations, including wallet activity, on-chain transactions, and reconciliation between blockchain data and accounting records. You will own day-to-day finance operations while also helping to build budgeting, forecasting, and financial structures suitable for the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-spectrum accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Prepare monthly expense reports, cash flow statements, and management reports
• Handle daily finance operations including payments, invoices, and expense tracking
• Manage crypto wallets, on-chain transactions, and wallet reconciliations
• Monitor and control company spending, ensuring transparency and accuracy
• Set up budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Design and implement finance structures, controls, and internal processes
• Support strategic decision-making with financial insights and analysis
• Work closely with leadership on financial planning, cost optimisation, and scaling strategy
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, banks, and service providers when required
• Ensure compliance with relevant UAE financial and regulatory requirements
  
  

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Proven experience in crypto / Web3, with hands-on wallet management experience
• Strong accounting and finance background, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
• Comfortable being extremely hands-on, especially in the early stage
• Ability to think strategically while executing operationally
• Strong Excel / financial modelling skills
• Experience setting up finance processes and structures from scratch is a strong advantage
• Based in Dubai / Remote but open to future relocation

• 对接外部会计师、审计师、银行及其他服务机构

职位要求

• 英文及中文（普通话）流利，可作为主要工作语言
• 具备加密货币／Web3 行业相关经验，必须拥有实际钱包管理经验
• 具备扎实的会计及财务专业背景
• 有初创公司或高速成长型企业经验者优先
• 能够高度实操，愿意亲自处理从基础到高阶的财务工作
• 具备战略思维，能够从财务角度支持公司长期发展
• 精通 Excel 及各类财务分析工具
• 有从零搭建财务流程及财务架构经验者尤佳
• 工作地点为杜拜，前期可远程办公，后续需愿意搬迁至杜拜并全职到办公室工作
