A leading real estate developer in the UAE have an exciting opportunity available for a Finance Manager - Operations to join their finance team based in Dubai.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage a team overseeing all finance operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage and streamline AR/AP processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Handle multiple business lines, ensuring all financial activities are coordinated and managed effectively.
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Treasury and Cash Management
• Fixed Asset Management
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (CPA/CMA/ACCA)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate, with a preference for candidates who have worked in complex family-run businesses or conglomerates.
• Proven experience in managing large teams and complex financial structures.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate and manage a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of financial operations, AR/AP management, and complex financial structures.
