Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Prepare periodic financial reports and present findings to senior management.

• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoicing and payments.
• Maintain the financial health and liquidity of the organization efficiently.
• Prepare forecasts to assist in long-term financial planning efforts.
• Advise management on financial strategies and risk management practices.
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll and invoicing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a finance officer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes is necessary.
• Proficiency with financial software and advanced Excel skills are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and analyze complex financial data.
