About The Role
We’re looking for a results-driven finance & reporting analyst to support Moove’s internal reporting and strategic decision-making. This role plays a key part in the preparation of monthly management accounts, drafting annual financial statements, overseeing supplier payments, managing secretarial services for tax and regulatory compliance, conducting reconciliations, compiling and analyzing BU data, producing accurate internal reports to drive strategic decisions across the organization.

Directly reporting to our Group Controller Team, and closely working with our Finance and Operations Team.

About The Role
We’re looking for a results-driven finance & reporting analyst to support Moove’s internal reporting and strategic decision-making. This role plays a key part in the preparation of monthly management accounts, drafting annual financial statements, overseeing supplier payments, managing secretarial services for tax and regulatory compliance, conducting reconciliations, compiling and analyzing BU data, producing accurate internal reports to drive strategic decisions across the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analyses for group-level consolidation.
- Responsible for invoice management for central costs
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations across various ledgers and balance sheet items.
- Oversee supplier payments and revamp the payables function to improve efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/local GAAP.
- Support external audit engagements and address audit queries in coordination with external auditors.
- Ensure regulatory and tax compliance, including managing secretarial services for corporate filings for the designated entities
- Assist with cost structure analysis and variance investigations to support decision-making.
- Partner on finance automation and systems improvement projects.
- Handle ad hoc financial reporting requests from leadership and support internal controls compliance.
- More than 3 years of progressive experience in finance
- 2–4 years in financial reporting or data analysis; proficiency in ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools.
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; team-oriented.
- CA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent) is preferred
- Timely completion of monthly reconciliations and closing activities within group timelines.
- Zero audit non-compliance issues across assigned entities
- Improvement in payable processing time and vendor satisfaction (based on internal metrics).
