Responsibilities

• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly management analysis and forecasts on specific P&L accounts comparing actuals vs. budget.
• Support the management team with timely, accurate and well-structured ad-hoc analysis.
• Interpret data and provide concise and to the point explanations and analysis on trends & variances.
• Order Intake & backlog reporting.
• Management of key data interfaces with HR; CRM; ERP; Procurement systems.
• Understand key business drivers on a project level and prepare data and insight for conversations with stakeholders ensuring targeted profitability and conversion is achieved.
• Reporting of financial and operational KPIs at individual; Project; Operating Unit; Business Unit level and monthly / quarterly tracking & reporting.
• Design and populate templates, forms, and dashboards. Ensure uniformity of data & methodologies.
• Drive cost reduction and efficiency improvement efforts across projects; departments; Overheads; OPEX & CAPEX.
• Support ERP, Budgeting & Reporting tools design and implementation efforts.
• Support the preparation of Business Cases, assumptions and projections.
  
  

Other Responsibilities

• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, international standards and related G42 Policies and Procedures.
• Comply with G42 Acceptable Use Policy, attend mandatory information security, privacy, business continuity and HSE trainings.
• Report information security, HSE etc. incidents or suspect incidents through G42 established incident reporting channels.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and classify and handle information as per G42 Policies and Procedures.
• Ensure that all design deliverables are delivered on time, and within scope and budget.
  
  

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant or in process of becoming qualified
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance in international corporations, preferably in the technology sector.
• Knowledge of FP&A functional mission and goals, experience of being part of teams in fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated success in working against tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members. Quick thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing business environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract insights.
