Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in financial reporting, balance sheet and P&L analysis, and be well-versed in IFRS standards. Prior experience in banking or financial institutions is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.
• Perform in-depth analysis of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and performance reviews.
• Monitor financial performance by analyzing results, tracking KPIs, and identifying trends.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning, scenario modeling, and resource allocation.
• Support internal and external audit processes and ensure robust financial controls are in place.
• Conduct financial data governance and maintain accuracy in financial systems and processes.
• Assist with regulatory and compliance reporting specific to financial institutions.
• Drive improvements in financial processes and reporting through automation and system enhancements.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in financial reporting
• Experience in Balance sheet statement
• Strong understanding of IFRS and accounting principles.
