Job Description: Principal Financial Analyst - Oracle Health Middle East Region (IC4)
Oracle Health, a global industry unit established following Oracle’s acquisition of Cerner Corporation in 2022, oversees healthcare operations across multiple markets.
As part of our ongoing efforts to optimize operations and drive growth, we are seeking a Principal Financial Analyst (IC4) (or IC3, depending on the candidate) to support our Middle East sub-region.
The Middle East is currently Oracle Health International’s second-largest sub-region and continues to expand rapidly, driven by significant investments in healthcare and artificial intelligence. These developments are poised to further accelerate transformation across the industry in this region.
Our current operations span the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Egypt, with additional market entries planned as part of our strategic roadmap.
In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate closely with General Managers (GMs), sales teams, and various supporting functions such as Revenue Recognition, Credit & Collections, other GBF teams, CDD, CES, Renewal teams, Sales Operations, and Revenue Operations. This position is integral to forecasting, strategic analytics, reporting, and managing regional projects.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with sub-region GMs and sales teams to drive business growth and expansion.
- Work with supporting functions to eliminate operational challenges, enhance deal velocity, and optimize bookings and revenue.
- Serve as the primary financial advisor to sub-region GMs on all financial matters.
- Engage in regional projects that support and align with Oracle Health International’s expansion strategy.
- Partner with the Oracle Health International Finance team and other GBF teams, including the HQ office.
- Conduct strategic deep-dive and forward-looking analyses to support the growth of the health business and improve margins.
- Demonstrated ability to lead both individually and as part of a team, providing guidance and mentorship to colleagues.
- Experience managing complex tasks requiring advanced technical and business expertise.
- Strong commercial acumen, with proficiency in analytical tools such as Oracle Analytics.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
- A BS/BA in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- A CPA or MBA is a plus.
