About the role Join a leading fintech organization as a Financial Controller Manager, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the financial health and strategic direction of the company. You will work closely with senior leadership and the CFO to oversee financial reporting, analysis, and strategic planning processes, driving improvements to enhance financial efficiency and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and meticulously track budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to drive organizational success.
• Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic planning initiatives.
• Prepare comprehensive presentations on financials, budgets, and projections for the CFO and Board.
• Ensure accurate month-end closings, reviewing accruals and estimates for precision.
• Review non-operational KPIs to provide insights and aid strategic planning with the leadership team.
• Maintain line-by-line tracking of OPEX and CAPEX budgets, ensuring alignment with financial plans.
  
  

Requirements

• Must be willing to relocate to Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• At least 7 years of experience in controlling functions within financial or fintech institutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience with IFRS and strong accounting knowledge.
• Expertise in analyzing financial statements and non-financial KPIs.
