Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise, monitor, and coordinate all fire alarm installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, NFPA standards, and Civil Defense requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and verify the quality of fire alarm system installations.
- Lead a team of technicians and allocate daily tasks for smooth project execution.
- Prepare reports, checklists, and documentation for inspection and approvals.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and Civil Defense for approvals and inspections.
- Troubleshoot fire alarm systems, control panels, detectors, and addressable devices.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed on site.
- Support in preparing material submittals, method statements, and as-built drawings.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems (conventional & addressable).
- Hands-on experience with major fire alarm brands (Notifier, Siemens, Honeywell, Morley, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience in fire alarm systems.
- Knowledge of fire alarm programming and troubleshooting.
- UAE Driving License (preferred).
- Civil Defense Card.
