• Plan, coordinate, and execute fishing operations for both planned and unplanned interventions.
• Analyze well conditions and recommend appropriate fishing tools and techniques.
• Supervise and lead fishing operations on-site, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with drilling, well intervention, and completion teams to optimize fishing strategies.
• Maintain detailed records and reports of fishing activities and outcomes.
• Troubleshoot downhole issues and provide technical solutions in real-time.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies during all operations.
  
  

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience as a Fishing Engineer.
• Strong expertise in fishing tool selection, jar placement, and retrieval techniques.
• Experience handling both planned and emergency fishing jobs.
• Offshore experience is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with GCC operational environments and regional regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Fluent in English - both written and verbal communication.
