As a Fitness Instructor, you will play a crucial role in promoting health and wellness for our guests. Your responsibilities include leading fitness classes, providing guidance on exercise routines, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable fitness environment.

- Lead fitness classes, including group exercise and other fitness activities.
- Provide individualized fitness assessments and workout plans for guests upon request.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and form to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Monitor and assist guests during their workouts, offering guidance and motivation.
- Conduct fitness orientations for new guests, explaining equipment usage and safety protocols.
- Create and maintain accurate records of fitness assessments and guest progress.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the fitness center.
- Promote fitness programs, classes, and wellness initiatives to guests.
- Stay updated on fitness trends and industry best practices.
- Enforce fitness center policies and safety regulations.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns related to fitness services.
- Assist in organizing fitness events and challenges for guests.
- Participate in fitness center equipment maintenance and inspections.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
- Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
