Your Day to Day:

Are you passionate about fitness and love to engage people through active, fun, and memorable experiences? We are looking for a dynamic Fitness Instructor who brings more than just workouts to our guests. This role combines professional fitness instruction with lively recreational animation, offering guests of all ages a vibrant and energetic stay.

You will not only lead inspiring fitness and wellness sessions but also participate in a variety of recreational and entertainment activities, helping to create an unforgettable vacation environment.

Some of your responsibilities are:

• Lead group fitness classes such as yoga, aqua aerobics, stretching, or functional training.
• Provide personal training or one-on-one fitness sessions upon request.
• Promote healthy lifestyles and wellness through guest interaction.
• Ensure all gym equipment and fitness areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Organize and host daily recreational and entertainment activities (pool games, beach volleyball, group walks, or themed events, etc).
• Actively engage guests in activities for all ages in a friendly, professional, and entertaining manner.
• Assist in hosting or performing in evening entertainment programs such as movie night, quizzes, mini-discos, karaoke, or small shows.
• Promote the resort’s activity schedule and encourage guest involvement through interaction and announcements.
  
  

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

• Qualification in Fitness is mandatory, with Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructor / Gym.
• Prior experience in fitness, recreation, or entertainment—preferably in hospitality or resort settings.
• High energy, outgoing personality with a passion for guest interaction.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
