Qualifications
- Flower Arrangements and Floral Design skills
- Creativity skills
- Customer service skills
- Experience working as a Florist or in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their seasonal availability
- Bachelor's degree in Floral Design, Horticulture, or a related field is a plus
