Role Overview

As an Event Florist, you’ll design beautiful floral arrangements, create elegant event decor, and collaborate with clients to bring their visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Create bespoke floral designs and event decorations.
• Collaborate with clients to exceed their expectations.
• Able to have new ideas to level up the Sales and Marketing strategies.
• Able to provide specialized design and floral expertise to plan, design and create floral arrangements for events such as weddings, Engagements, and product launches.
• Advising clients on possible flower combinations.
• Stay updated on trends and innovate with new ideas.
• Expedite reorder and new inventory for flower vase, floral foams as and when needed.
• Maintain photos of all variety of floral arrangements done as a sample or catalogue for the marketing purposes.
• Stay up to date and current in design trends, floral techniques, props and other products.
• Any other duties and tasks in the area assigned by the Manager/Supervior.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in floral design and event decoration.
• Creative, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to nourish, combine, and affix flowers and pertinent accessories
• Approachable, patient, and forthcoming
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must present a portfolio of own flower arrangements
