About The Role
In this role, the FM Coordinator will support the Facilities Manager in delivering high-quality FM services to the client.

About The Role
In this role, the FM Coordinator will support the Facilities Manager in delivering high-quality FM services to the client.
Key Responsibilities
You will undertake a range of Facilities Management duties, including but not limited to:
- Respond promptly to operational and reactive requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Directly manage the on-site technical team.
- Manage all (Planned Preventive Maintenance) PPM activities.
- Manage on-site project works contracted to Macro.
- Liaise with technical specialist service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with soft and hard services providers to maintain operational excellence.
- Regularly audit the performance of service providers in line with specifications, KPI’s and SLA’s.
- Ensure KPIs/SLA for subcontractors are performed regularly and recorded as per contractual requirements.
- Track and monitor waste and energy management, maintaining a monthly record tracker.
- Manage tenant relationships and ensure timely response to their needs and requirements.
- Oversee parking management.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports as directed by the Facilities Manager.
- Immediately report any non-conformance, incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions to the Facilities Manager.
- Ensure all service providers adhere to HS&E procedures, contractual obligations, and legislative requirements.
- Assist in managing on-site health, safety, and environmental concerns.
- Keep the site risk register updated and accurate.
- Assist in managing all site statutory/legal requirements.
- Maintain a site COSHH Register.
- Regular monitor the CAFM system to ensure timely completion of job cards.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Technical education in Mechanical/HVAC, and/or proven work experience.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications, specifically Word and Excel.
- Ability to effectively multitask.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and an effective administrator.
- High level of corporate and professional integrity; able to maintain absolute confidentiality.
- Working knowledge of health and safety.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Facilities Management services experience.
- Working knowledge of FM soft services.
- Smart, professional appearance.
- Flexibility and speed in managing requirements.
- Willingness to take responsibility or ownership for processing issues not strictly within normal scope or field of work.
- Ability to champion workplace best practices.
- Willingness to share knowledge to assist and help colleagues help themselves.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Rapid learning skills with a flexible, positive “can-do” attitude.
- High level of self-confidence.
