We are now hiring an experienced leader to join us as a Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager.
Position Details
• Job Title: Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager
• Employment type: Full-time
• Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
• Work arrangement: On-site
• Salary: AED 5,000 – 12,000/month (based on experience)
• Visa assistance: Provided by the company
• Medical insurance: Provided by the company
• Accommodation & meals: Provided by the company
Responsibilities
- Minimum 12+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
- Proven experience working with or managing outlets that serve Asian (Korean & Vietnamese) and Brazilian cuisines
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, wine pairing, and menu presentation
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- Proficient in POS systems, reservations platforms, and basic administrative tools
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field preferred
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Korean, Portuguese, or Vietnamese is a plus)
- Presentable, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Culturally sensitive and passionate about food and service
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Requirements

- Proven expertise in Asian (Korean & Vietnamese) and Brazilian cuisines
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, wine pairing, and menu presentation
