InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel & residence in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Ensure minibars in guest rooms are fully stocked and maintained according to hotel standards.
  • Prepare and deliver food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and suggesting upgrades where appropriate.
  • Maintain a clean and organized minibar and room service area.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to guest requests for minibar items and room service.
  • Monitor minibar usage and accurately record charges for guest billing.
  • Efficiently present bills, process payments, and clear trays and trolleys following service.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Clear communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive team player with attention to detail and a positive attitude.
