InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel & residence in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Lead the team to ensure all food and beverage orders are delivered promptly and accurately to guest rooms, adhering to the hotel’s service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to room service, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and guests have a positive experience.
• Supervise the In-Room Dining team, provide guidance and training to ensure team members are motivated and performing at their best.
• Ensure that all room service equipment, amenities, and food stock are maintained to the highest standards.
• Oversee cash handling and daily financial reporting for the department to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Stay informed about daily promotions and specials, ensuring the team communicates these to guests, enhancing their experience.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

• 2+ years in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Passion for hospitality and food, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to manage team operations, inventory, and financial tasks.
• Positive, approachable personality with a hands-on leadership style.
