Key Responsibilities:

• Build and cultivate lasting relationships with clients and groups, helping them discover our exceptional food and beverage offerings while always focusing on the personalized needs of each individual.
• Work closely with the F&B and culinary teams to create tailored food and beverage solutions for events, and other group gatherings.
• Advocate for and actively support sustainable and mindful practices.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of service.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently identifying new opportunities and leads. Provide regular feedback and reports on sales performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• You understand the importance of connection and the role food and beverage can play in creating transformative experiences.
• Proven experience in food and beverage sales, ideally within a luxury hotel or restaurant environment.
• Anticipate others needs that makes them feel seen, heard, and valued. You understand the power of words and can convey our brand’s story effortlessly.
